Brand Socialite was born out of years of challenges and frustrations in the Experiential Marketing industry, while working with clients in the luxury sector.  This industry is most impacted by last minute events, understaffing, and personnel conflicts.  Finding skilled temporary talent to fill last-minute no-shows is the bulk of the workload and makes an outsized negative influence on the staffing agencies, the luxury clients, and the customers alike.  To remedy these situations, agencies spend hours calling around to find a replacement, often forced to work with substandard agencies that over-promise and under-deliver on capable talent.
